As a Service Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Resident Services Group, which includes Housing, Revenues, Benefits, Customer Services, Planning, and Environmental Services. Your work will help ensure these essential services run smoothly for our local community.
About the role…
This role manages extensive resources; to enable the delivery of great services to our customers. You will need to be flexible, organised, confidential, hardworking and self-motivated. This role will enable you to contribute positively to the success of the business for the benefit of our customers.
Please note this role is office based, in our Cirencester offices and you will be expected to start at 8:45am.
You will need…
- Qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 1 or GCSE in Maths and English
- A high level of IT skills
- Past administrative experience
- Natural and engaging style of communication
- Ability to apply good judgement and query issues where appropriate
Special Conditions…
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes
- BPSS
- You will be expected to work reasonable additional hours in line with the needs of the service
