    We’re looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic in-house team, supporting Publica, our partner councils, and Ubico. This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation by finding and securing the very best talent. This role will initially focus on recruitment within the Planning & Sustainability area and will also cover two Ubico depots, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury.

    What you'll be doing
    • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process: from job briefs and advertising, through to organising interviews and facilitating offers.
    • Proactively sourcing and headhunting top talent across multiple channels.
    • Building strong talent pools and networks to keep us ahead of future needs.
    • Supporting and guiding hiring managers with market insight and recruitment best practice.
    • Ensuring every candidate has a seamless and positive experience with us.
    • Managing multiple campaigns at pace while maintaining a sharp eye for quality.
    What we're looking for
    • At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
    • CIPD Level 3 would be desirable but it is not an essential criteria. 
    • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills.
    • Experience of managing the full recruitment cycle with multiple stakeholders.
    • An organised, proactive, and results-driven approach.
    • A team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
    Special Conditions
    • You’ll need a car for work purposes.
    • This role is subject to a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.
