  • About The Role

  • We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration & Project Support Officer to join our Business Information, Performance & Improvement team within Resident Services.

    This is an exciting opportunity to support projects delivered in partnership with HM Land Registry. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by providing high-quality administrative support, monitoring performance, and helping coordinate project activity.

    Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners, you will contribute to delivering an efficient, customer-focused service that supports business objectives.
     
    What You’ll Be Doing
    Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to project teams
    Managing shared mailboxes and responding in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
    Monitoring and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    Gathering and collating data to support reporting and performance monitoring
    Supporting project delivery by tracking milestones and timelines
    Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
    Supporting communication between internal teams, suppliers, and HM Land Registry
    Escalating issues where appropriate to senior colleagues
    Ensuring compliance with internal governance and required standards


    Essential:
    Qualifications equivalent to GCSEs (including Maths and English)
    Good written and verbal communication skills
    The ability to build effective working relationships
    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    The ability to use initiative and sound judgement
    A willingness to learn new systems and processes


    Desirable:
    •  Experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
    Special conditions
    Ability to travel to the Cirencester office and other locations as required
    Flexibility to work additional hours in line with service needs

    This is a fixed-term contract for a period of 18 months.
     
    Please note: while this role is advertised as Administration & Project Support Officer, it is known internally within the business as HMLR Admin & Project Officer.
