We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration & Project Support Officer to join our Business Information, Performance & Improvement team within Resident Services.
This is an exciting opportunity to support projects delivered in partnership with HM Land Registry. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by providing high-quality administrative support, monitoring performance, and helping coordinate project activity.
Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners, you will contribute to delivering an efficient, customer-focused service that supports business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to project teams
• Managing shared mailboxes and responding in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Monitoring and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Gathering and collating data to support reporting and performance monitoring
• Supporting project delivery by tracking milestones and timelines
• Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
• Supporting communication between internal teams, suppliers, and HM Land Registry
• Escalating issues where appropriate to senior colleagues
• Ensuring compliance with internal governance and required standards
Essential:
• Qualifications equivalent to GCSEs (including Maths and English)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to build effective working relationships
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to use initiative and sound judgement
• A willingness to learn new systems and processes
Desirable:
- Experience using Microsoft
Office and/or Google Workspace tools
Special conditions
• Ability to travel to the Cirencester office and other locations as required
• Flexibility to work additional hours in line with service needs
This is a fixed-term contract for a period of 18 months.
